Liz Mathias was promoted to vice president of sales at McNett, an outdoor manufacturer of gear care and repair. She will focus on coordinating the sales teams from outdoor, sporting goods and dive divisions along with establishing partnerships with retailers and aligning the company for growth.“I could not be more thrilled and excited about where this shift will take us,” Mathias said in a press release. “We are stepping our game up in the international arena on both the business to business and business to consumer levels.”

Mathias has 17 years of experience in the outdoor and sporting goods markets. Before her promotion, she worked as a sales manager where she guided business development along with domestic and international distribution. She was responsible for implementing effective sales systems and account growth across industries.

“Liz’s promotion is a result of her significant contributions to the company on many levels,” Karen Robins, human resources manager at McNett, said in the news release.

“We are excited for Liz to move forward in her new role as she continues to provide outstanding leadership both in sales and at a management level.”
