The Mount Baker Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management is holding its annual networking and social event on Wednesday, Sept. 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Poppe’s Bistro and Lounge, at 714 Lakeway Drive in Bellingham.

The event includes appetizers and a chance to meet the group’s leaders and board members, according to a press release. The Mt. Baker Chapter of the Society is a nonprofit group of human resource professionals interested in networking and professional development.
