A Whatcom County high school senior is one of nine finalists in the national “Art of Dairy” competition, sponsored by the dairy products company Lucerne.
Rachel Roberts of Sehome High School has a chance to win $20,000 for her school’s art department, as well as $5,000 toward her college education, if she is chosen as the contest winner.
