Lynden Sheet Metal recently ensured a seamless transition to its next generation of local ownership by announcing that Cory and Bobbi Kreider have become co-owners.
Bob and Rose Crabtree, co-owners since 1977 and sole owners since 2000, said their daughter and son-in-law have more than proven themselves as capable of continuing to emphasize Lynden Sheet Metal’s core values of service and value for customers. Cory Kreider is a metal fabrication shop foreman who has been with the company for 20 years. Bobbi Kreider started with Lynden Sheet Metal in 1996 and has been its general manager since 2005.
The Kreiders, both lifelong Whatcom County residents, also owned Clean Water Services in Lynden for 12 years before selling that business last year.
“As Rose and I move toward retirement in several years, our customers and employees can be assured that Lynden Sheet Metal is in good hands for many years to come,” Bob Crabtree said.
Founded in 1940, Lynden Sheet Metal sells and services heating, air-conditioning, plumbing and refrigeration systems for residential, commercial and institutional clients. The company also is a leading retailer of gas fireplaces.
