Josh Martin joined the Fairhaven branch of Whidbey Island Bank as a real estate loan officer.

Martin, who has more than eight years of real estate lending experience, will focus on conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, land, construction and portfolio lending.

Outside of the office, Martin is a volunteer firefighter/EMT with Whatcom County Fire District 7 and serves as treasurer for the Ferndale Volunteer Firefighter Association.
