The Ferndale-based construction company Minergy, Inc., has merged with Acute Lawn and Landscape, a grounds maintenance company that operates in various locations around Whatcom County.
Acute owner Landon Estes will become Minergy’s new vice president. Estes has 20 years experience in landscaping and lawn care, according to a Jan. 12 press release.
The company will now be made up of three divisions: land development and utilities, landscape and irrigation, and grounds maintenance.
Minergy’s headquarters are located in the Oxford-Carnation Building at 1920 Main St. Suite 9b in Ferndale.
