Moss Adams employees donate money to Whatcom County nonprofits

Employees of Moss Adams recently donated $909 to local charities as a result of their 2012 first quarter “Dress Down for Charity” days.

Of the $909 funds raised during the designated days, $307 was donated to the Whatcom Land Trust, $300 to Kulshan Community Land Trust, and $301 to the Whatcom Parks and Recreation Foundation.

Charities benefitting from the monthly fundraiser are generally local nonprofits serving communities in Whatcom and Skagit counties.

Moss Adams LLP Bellingham provides accounting and consulting services to public, private, and not-for-profit entities in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, international, food and agriculture, financial institutions and gaming operations.

The company is online at www.mossadams.com.

Correction, April 9: Moss Adams employees donated $301 to the Whatcom Parks and Recreation Foundation, not Whatcom Parks and Recreation.
