The Bellingham office of Moss Adams LLP announced the promotions of eight employees in July.

Rob Gilfillan was promoted to tax senior manager. Gilfillan, who joined Moss Adams in January 2003, supports the wealth services and international services groups.

Tiffany Holmgren was promoted to tax manager. Holmgren, who joined the firm January 2006, supports financial institutions, and manufacturing and distribution industry groups.

Jessaca Tesarik was promoted to tax manager. Tesarik, who joined Moss Adams in November 2008, supports wealth services and international services groups.

Mark Siadal was promoted to assurance manager. Siadal, who joined Moss Adams in June 2006, supports the financial institutions industry group.

Allison Gillespie, who joined Moss Adams in January 2009, was promoted to tax senior.

Justin Remaklus, who joined Moss Adams in January 2009, was promoted to tax senior.

Michel Knott, who joined Moss Adams in November 2009, was promoted to assurance senior.

John McDonald, who joined Moss Adams in October 2007, was promoted to assurance senior.
