Paula Radolff , the vice president for human resources at Nike, will be the keynote speaker at the 13th annual Western Washington University Bellingham Business Forum on Thursday, Nov. 21, at the Hotel Bellwether Ballroom.
Guests can check in at 11:30 a.m., outside the ballroom. Lunch will be served at noon, and the keynote address will begin at 12:45 p.m.
Radolff, a WWU alumna, is responsible for leading Nike’s newly created Global Operations Group. She has worked at Nike since 2007, and is a senior member of its HR team.
Before working with Nike, Radolff spent seven years at Starbucks, both in the U.S. and in Asia, in addition to playing a leadership role in the elevation of the company’s Talent Acquisition organization. She is volunteers with the Human Capital Institute, Asian Arts Council and serves on the advisory board of WWU’s Woodring College of Education.
Table sponsorships are available at the $1,000 Mount Challenger, $2,000 Mount Shuksan and $3,000 Mount Baker levels. The Mount Baker sponsorship establishes two named scholarships for the 2014-15 academic year for Whatcom County students.

Tables at the forum are rounds of 10, and all sponsorship levels include a served lunch. Sponsors fill nine seats and WWU fills the 10th seat with a university representative. Individual tickets are available for $125 each.
The Bellingham Business Forum, which annually features a regional, national or international business leader to share insights, viewpoints and philosophies on current business issues and practices, has raised $150,000 for scholarships at WWU.
