Nancy Pace, a realtor at Keller Williams Western Realty in Bellingham, has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. This training, and her past professional experience, prepares her to better serve buyers and sellers over the age of 55, the fastest-growing demographic in the country.

The SRES designation is the only one of its kind recognized by the National Association of Realtors.

With six years of experience with Keller Williams, Pace serves buyers and sellers of any age, from first-time home buyers to seniors who are downsizing or transitioning into retirement or assisted living.
