After a month-long closure, The Paperdoll boutique will re-open 11 a.m. Aug. 14 at 312 W. Champion St.
Owner Shultzie Fay closed The Paperdoll July 15 for her nuptials and honeymoon with local entrepreneur, restaurateur and musician Spencer Willhoft.
The re-opening will feature an evening of festivities including the revealing of an in-store mural by design and craft artisan Jill Bliss and an intimate slip trunk show by Northwest designer Glam Garb by Gunlis.
Customers can shop for new designs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and take part in the special events planned from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A summer sale and refreshments from neighbor Icing on the Cake will be included in the evening reception.
Until the re-opening, the Paperdoll “pop-up shop” featuring select clothing and accessories will remain at Four Starrs Boutique, located at 960 Harris Ave.
