WompMobile hires former TAGNW director
WompMobile, a Bellingham company that optimizes websites to be viewed on smart phones and other mobile devices, hired Sommer Cronck as marketing and account executive.
Cronck’s experience in the tech industry includes working as executive director for the Technology Alliance Group for Northwest Washington and as a marketing and IT coordinator for Bellingham Whatcom County Tourism.
At WompMobile, Cronck’s role will be to bring greater awareness to the brand and develop new regional and national accounts, according to a press release.
“We are super excited to have Sommer join the team, I’m confident her talent and enthusiasm for technology will be an incredible asset for WompMobile,” company founder and CEO Madison Miner said in the news release.
VSH CPAs promotes Jessica Good to manager
VSH CPAs announced that Jessica Good has been promoted to manager.
Good joined the Bellingham-based accounting firm in 2011 after graduating from Western Washington University’s school of business with honors in 2009. She attained her certified public accountant designation in 2011.
Good has become a leader in the International Services Group at VSH where she works with cross-border businesses and compliance for U.S. persons living abroad, according to a VSH press release. She has also had the opportunity to speak on U.S. cross-border tax issues this fall at the annual Small Practitioners Conference in Banff, Alberta.
“Jessica has grown immensely during her time at VSH, both in knowledge and as a leader to our staff,” said Kathy Herndon, partner at VSH CPAs, in the press release. “The International Services Group, along with the firm as a whole, benefit from her skills and leadership.”
