Peoples Bank recently announced that it has promoted Charlie Guildner and Lisa Holleman. Guildner has been named executive vice president and chief credit officer, and Holleman has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Guildner joined Peoples Bank in 2000, and has more than 25 years of lending and lending- management experience. As chief credit officer, he will be responsible for all credit- related responsibilities as they pertain to asset quality, risk management, special assets administration, and regulatory compliance. Guildner is also active in the local community as the president of the Mount Vernon School Board, Co-Chair of the Skagit Early Learning Leadership Council, a member of the Cruising Club of America, and Founder of the Skagit Volleyball Club.
Holleman has been with Peoples Bank for 17 years, serving as the bank’s controller from 1999 through January 2008, when she was named senior vice president of finance. As chief financial officer, she will oversee all accounting, financial controls and analysis, and budgeting activities of the bank. In addition, she is active with the Lynden Christian Schools and is a past Junior Achievement volunteer.
Peoples Bank is a family owned, independent community bank with over $1.1 billion in assets. Headquartered in Lynden, Wash., the bank was founded in 1921 and operates 27 branches throughout Washington state.
