Peoples Bank promotes Holleman to executive vice president

Lisa Holleman was recently promoted to executive vice president at Peoples Bank, a locally owned and operated bank headquartered in Lynden.

Holleman, who has been with Peoples Bank for 18 years, formerly held the title of senior vice president and CFO — she will continue in her role as CFO, overseeing all accounting, financial controls and analysis, and budgeting activities at the bank.

Holleman is active with the Lynden Christian Schools, acts as a junior achievement classroom advisor, and is an advisory council member for the Assistance League of Bellingham. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Washington University and is a graduate of the Bank Administration Institute Graduate School of Bank Financial Management. In 2009, she graduated with honors from Pacific Coast Banking School.

“It is a pleasure to recognize Lisa’s significant contribution with this promotion,” Charles LeCocq, bank president and CEO, said in a press release. “As a member of the executive team, she plays an important role both in the day to day financial management of the bank and in the bank’s long-term strategic direction.”

  1. Congrats to Lisa! She was my JA leader in high school and helped me garner a big college scholarship.
