Peoples Bank promotes Troy Wills to vice president

Troy Wills has been promoted to vice president at Peoples Bank. Wills is recognized for branch development,  leadership, and genuine dedication to exceptional service. Wills currently serves as branch manager at the Barkley and downtown Bellingham locations.

Wills joined Peoples Bank in 2005 as a branch manager at the Barkley branch and in 2007 was named assistant vice president. He has managed the bank’s downtown branch since 2008.

“It is a pleasure to recognize Troy’s outstanding commitment to his customers and employees with this promotion,” senior vice president Dalen Harrison said in a press release. “Whether in the branch or out in the community, he reflects the core values that exemplify Peoples Bank culture.”

Wills serves on the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Whatcom Young Professionals Advisory Council, the Whatcom Community College Foundation Board, and the Downtown Partnership Board. He earned his associates degree at Peninsula College and attended Western Washington University, concentrating on business administration.
