William Brooke has purchased Piper Music, a sheet music, music accessory and used piano retailer. Brooke plans on keeping the store at its current location, 2512 Meridian St., Bellingham, until the end of May. Then he plans on moving the store to a triangle-shaped building at 1705 North State St., in Bellingham, which will have a recital hall and teaching studios.

Brooke purchased the store from Mary Jackson, who started Piper Music in 1991.
