Charlotte Pros will be joining Sterling Bank’s Bellingham home loan division as a mortgage loan officer

Pros has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, including experience processing and originating home loans. For the past 20 years, she has been with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Bellingham, where she was a branch manager and sales manager.

She is a certified instructor and originator for Washington State House Key, Home Advantage and Mortgage Credit Certificate programs, as well as a certified originator for USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing Services home loans.

Pros served as the Whatcom County Association of Realtors chair for the Salvation Angel Tree project from 2002-2012.

She is also past board member and treasurer of the Whatcom County Pregnancy Clinic, and has served on the Countywide Housing Affordable Task Force for Whatcom County. Additionally, Pros is involved with the Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Childcare International and several other community organizations.
