The city of Bellingham’s Parks and Recreation Department will host the first of three public meetings on the development of the Cornwall Beach master plan from 7-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday,  Oct. 16, in City Council Chambers in Bellingham City Hall at 210 Lottie St.

City officials said the purpose of the meeting is to present information about the site and potential opportunities for future development, as well as gain feedback from the public.
