The Bellingham Business Journal

The first Salmon Supper fundraiser will take place at the Willows Inn on Lummi Island on May 20. Proceeds will go towards the Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association (NSEA), a community-based nonprofit dedicated to restoring wild salmon runs in Whatcom County.

The Salmon Supper, which is part of a larger series of fundraisers, will kick off with hors d’oeuvres at 6 p.m. and supper at 7 p.m. The cost is $125 per plate. Chef Justin Neidermeyer will lend his culinary talents and Lost River Winery has created an exclusive wine for the event called the Nooksack Redd, which will make its debut at the supper.

Reservations can be made by calling the Willows Inn at (360) 758-2620 or e-mailing innkeeper@willows-inn.com.
