Constant Contact and Western Washington University’s Small Business Development Center are co-hosting a free seminar focused on small-business marketing from 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at the Hampton Inn’s Fox Hall, 1661 W. Bakerview Road in Bellingham.

The seminar will feature:

– “How to Build a Powerful Online Presence,” presented by Michael James of Noggin Branding.
– “Making Websites Work with Internet Marketing – The Basics,” presented by Gary Pickering of Whatcom Web.
