The Success Conference, a series of three seminars providing effective skills for one’s career and personal life, will be presented Oct. 15 in Bellingham’s Lakeway Inn & Conference Center at 714 Lakeway Drive.

The Success Conference seminars will focus on leadership, peak performance, sales, setting goals, and how to achieve success by balancing those things most important to you. The conference, titled “Tools You Need to Thrive in a Down Economy,” is sponsored by Whatcom Young Professionals. Topics will include motivating yourself to take action, improving your productivity, and turning actions into positive results.

“These seminars aren’t just for owners or sales professionals,” said Troy Wills, principal of the WYPs Advisory Council. “They’re for anyone who wants to improve any area of their personal or professional life.”

The three-seminar conference starts at 10:30 a.m. and concludes at 5 p.m. It costs $75 for those who register before Oct. 15 and $90 for registration the day of the conference, which is being held in conjunction with the Northwest Business Expo.
