Myra Smith, owner of The Laughing Flower Labyrinth & Landscape Co., has launched a Web site and received certification as a Veridatas Labyrinth Facilitator. Her company offers professional gardening services and unique temporary or permanent labyrinth creation for area home gardens, clinics, businesses and churches.

Facilitator Certification included attendance at workshops conducted by Veriditas founder, Rev. Dr. Lauren Artress, author of “Walking a Sacred Path” and “The Sacred Path Companion”.  Veriditas is a non-profit which centers around the labyrinth experience as a personal practice for healing and growth, a tool for community building, an agent for global peace and a metaphor for life.

“I am grateful to be awarded official Certification status, and look forward to serving everyone in our community, from homeowners to nonprofits and the larger business community, with all that the labyrinth has to offer,” Smith said.
