Susan Templeton recently joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Bellingham as a mortgage consultant.

Templeton, a native of North Carolina, returned to the United States from New Zealand in 2001.

Templeton is the founding director of Focus Northwest, a nonprofit business network. She also founded Loannetter, a local home loan service, which she owned for eight years.
