Susan Templeton has been named assistant branch manager of Washington Federal’s Cornwall Avenue branch in Bellingham.

Templeton has 10 years of mortgage lending experience, and most recently served as a mortgage consultant at Wells Fargo, where she led local homebuyer education seminars.

A native of North Carolina, Templeton spent her early career as an advertising executive in Atlanta, Georgia. She has traveled extensively and lived in New Zealand for 10 years prior to moving to Bellingham in 2001.
