Bellingham Technical College is offering a free training and informational event series highlighting opportunities for women in traditionally male-dominated careers such as welding, construction, electrical work, computer networking, engineering, process technology, instrumentation, electronics and automotive technology.
The May 18 series, called “The Road Less Graveled: Exploration of nontraditional careers for women,” will include hands-on activities, resources on training and education options, as well as employment opportunities.
Events will be held on the BTC campus at 3028 Lindbergh Ave.
