The Downtown Bellingham Partnership invites children ages 13 and under with their families to attend the annual Downtown Trick or Treat on Saturday, October 31, from 2 to 5 p.m.

Downtown merchants will scare up an array of in-store treats for kids dressed in costume.  Kids will also be able to have their picture taken — free of charge — by photographer Mark Turner in front of 1308 Cornwall Ave.

Over 100 downtown businesses participate in this safe and festive Halloween alternative for young trick-or-treaters. Trick or treat posters will be placed on the doors and windows of participating businesses.
