Two upcoming workshops at Whatcom Community College will offer information about buying and selling a home.

On April 12, WCC offers “Buying Your First or Next Home.” The course covers how to find a real estate broker, loan qualifications and an understanding of the inspection, financing, appraisal, title, escrow and closing procedures.

On April 19, WCC offers “How to Sell Your Home,” which covers preparing a home for sale, time of year to sell, how to find a real estate broker, how to set a price and how to negotiate with an interested buyer.
