Wells Fargo has appointed Anndi Pena as branch manager of its Bellingham home mortgage team.

Pena is a home-mortgage consultant who has spent 15 years with Wells Fargo. She will oversee a team of mortgage consultants in Bellingham and Oak Harbor.

Taking on Pena’s former position at the Wells Fargo branch on Woburn Street in Bellingham is Scott Ask, who has spent more than four years with Wells Fargo.

Ask was previously a consumer loan and investment adviser, as well as sales manager at Wells Fargo’s Burlington home mortgage branch.

Kurt Woiwood joins Ask as a junior mortgage consultant.
