Robert Weston, a broker at Windermere Real Estate/Whatcom Inc., has recently been certified as a new homes sales professional by the National Association of Home Builders.

According to Windermere, Weston is the only broker with this designation in Whatcom, Skagit or north Snohomish counties. Those with the designation have received deeper training on the home-construction business and new home sales, according to the NAHB.

“I have been marketing new homes and new home communities for over 19 years and I have had great success, but I can always learn something new,” Weston said, in a press release. “I figured who better to learn from but the builders themselves.”
