The Whatcom County Library System provides digital services that can potentially save patrons up to $1,700.
“Music streaming, eBooks, audiobooks, and so on are a part of our daily lives — and we’re used to paying for them,” Christine Perkins, executive director of WCLS, said in a press release. “But with the library’s digital services, we don’t have to. That’s why we want to make using WCLS’s eBooks, music streaming, and other digital resources a smart habit for the community; this allows people from all walks of life to have access to the same resources.”
The library offers an extensive list of digital services, like eBooks, music downloads, music streaming and online language tutorials.
