Whatcom Women In Business elects new executive board for 2012

The Whatcom Women in Business organization has elected its new 2012 Executive Board.

Susie Betts, co-owner of Solutions Electrical Contracting, has been elected president. Tally Rabatin, owner of Totally Unique Designs, will serve as past president, while Renee Aase, of Bank of the Pacific, has been elected as the organization’s treasurer.

In other appointments, Julie Guay, executive director of Blue Skies for Children, has been elected as VP of membership. Nancy Leavitt, owner of American Family Insurance, has been elected secretary. Pam Needham, co-owner of Alicia’s Bridal, will serve as this year’s webmaster, and Lynne Henefin, co-owner of Henefin Construction, has been elected VP of programs.

Holly Hilde of Moss Adams will serve as member liaison, while Sharon Yonally, senior mortgage loan officer with Sterling Savings Bank Home Loan Division, has been elected as VP of publicity.

Sheila Connors, marketing and events director for the Chamber of Commerce, will chair the 30th Annual Professional Woman of the Year program.
