The owner and operator of a Mount Vernon-based home inspection company has recently expanded into Whatcom County.

Brian Fish, a franchisee with WIN Home Inspection, now offers residential and commercial property inspections for buyers and sellers, pest inspections, infrared thermal imaging and manufactured home foundation inspections throughout Whatcom. Fish has operated in Mount Vernon since 2009.

As he expands his market, Fish expects to hire an additional inspector next year.
