Jason Clark, Boeing’s vice president of operations for the 777 and 777X programs, will discuss the projects and their impact on the future of the aerospace industry in an event in Mukilteo later this month.
Western Washington University’s Alumni Association is hosting the event, which goes from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21, at Boeing’s Future of Flight Aviation Center, at 8415 Paine Field Blvd. Clark graduated from Western in 1993, according to a press release on the event.
The presentation is part of the alumni association’s “Ignite Your Intellect” speaker series.
The event also includes a 90-minute tour of the Future of Flight center, where attendees can view 747, 767, 777 and 787 jets being assembled. Tickets cost $14 for alumni members and $19 for nonmembers. Family ticket prices are also offered. All tickets include admission to the museum’s Gallery Floor Exhibits.
