Josh Zandstra and Stefani Young have settled into their new positions at mortgage company PrimeLending’s Bellingham branch.
The firm added Josh Zandstra as a branch manager and Stefani Young as loan officer in January.
Zandstra has more that 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry, having previously worked at Vandyk Mortgage, First Horizon and Bank of America/Countrywide Home Loans.
At PrimeLending, he manages branches serving Skagit, Whatcom and Island counties.
“Putting it plain and simple, we joined PrimeLending for our clients,” Zandstra said, in a press release. “We were looking for a company who could help us deliver the level of customer service that we believe our clients deserve. Ultimately, we wanted to work for a bank that was in the business of writing loans and helping people with their financial decisions. We work and live in a small community and want a company to stand behind and support our reputations. PrimeLending does just that.”
Steven Thompson, PrimeLending’s senior vice president and regional manager, said Zandstra and Young add to the company’s strong reputation in Washington state.
“Josh brings great enthusiasm to his work. The high level of service that he and his team provide their clients is beyond exceptional,” Thompson said. “Because of this, we know that combining Josh’s incredible professionalism with PrimeLending’s strength in the market and ample support and resources will yield great success for everyone involved, especially Josh’s clients.”
The branch office is on Meridian Street in Bellingham.
